These heirloom varieties are selected for exceptional cider-making qualities — balanced tannins, bright acidity, and complex flavors that make world-class hard cider. Hardy rootstock suited to the Kansas climate. Each sapling is 2–3 feet tall and ready for spring planting.</p><p>Update (April 2026): Our first year of app saplings sold out fast!
